RNR Tire Express

They only had one person there who actually change the tires. Everyone else was just there sitting in chairs. There were multiple men who are working on this day and they said that they were backed up. They had three cars and only one tire tech. I was so confused as if why would they have only ones hire tech when they have three men sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Honestly, I would say that this place would be something that I would stay away from. Maybe people go here because they cannot afford to purchase tires or something so they can finance them through a rent to own program. I’m not sure why this place has any clients at all. The staff is quite rude, and they seem to cater towards a low end sort of crowd. I would expect to see this place close by the end of the year. I think maybe since they’re located so close to discount tire that they get some people who don’t want to wait at discount tire or fire stone. So maybe they get the leftovers from those tire shops ? I don’t know, but I would avoid. If I had any advice for this tire shop, it would be to teach multiple members of their staff how to change a tire. Because having four people working and only one person able to change a tire at a place that’s for changing tires seems absolutely absurd and ridiculous.

Came in on 11/25 and got my tires serviced before a road trip. I’ve gotten my tires at the beginning of the year from this shop and every visit has left me in a better mood than when I’ve arrived. Thank you so much to the RNR team for your work and great spirits. Highly recommend anyone needing some TLC for their car to make RNR their first choice

Ms. Maria was very helpful and professional with helping me with my tire and shocks. The staff are very open harted and willing. Shout out to the owner that I met today, he's way cool. And shout out to the tech who did my services today on my f 150. Good job to everyone.

Nick and his crew are beyond helpful! I am so thankful I chose Nick’s RNR for new tires for my son. He worked with me on several options and made sure my son could get back to school, 3 stayed away, safely! He truly cared and It showed! Thank you!

I usually don’t jump so soon to do a review, but the service I received was so amazing that I had to tell off such excellent customer service. Edith was such a pleasure to work with. She and Daniel picked out wheels for my truck, blew my mind. I had searched for about 1 month to find the correct offset, thread pitch, style, height, width, etc. They were stellar. I’m going to brag on Edith, because honestly, has she not shown such great attention to what I was saying in what I was looking for, I would have never purchased wheels in this fashion. My only disgruntle if anything, would be the overall price. I would advise anyone to make sure they have ahead budgeted for this type of expense. Never purchase above your means. It will help both you , as a consumer and the business as a retailer. I honestly am very happy with my purchase and will be back with my BMW very very soon. Thanks Edith, Daniel, and team!!
